Delete your Jale account

Jale works without an account. If you created one (signing in with Google to use an online service), you can delete it whenever you want.

How

1. From Jale: Settings → Your account → Delete my account.
2. By e-mail: write to soporte@jale.cab from your account's e-mail, with the subject "Delete my account".

What is deleted

• Your account: name, e-mail and Google identifier in Firebase Authentication.
• Everything Jale's server has tied to your account.
• By e-mail, it's deleted within 30 days at most, and we let you know when it's done.

What isn't deleted with the account

• What Jale kept on your phone (trips, books, your car): that's deleted by uninstalling Jale or clearing its data in Android's Settings.
• The backups you saved yourself, on your Drive or wherever you put them.
• Crash reports: they aren't tied to your account and carry none of your data.
